I heard back from a couple people about meeting times, and I also checked the schedule of graduate comm classes this quarter to try to avoid conflicts. I'm thinking that Friday, February 20th at noon looks okay. I know that CATS meets every other week on Friday at 12:30 but that's one of their off weeks.
I'll check with Renda to see if a room in Derby is available then. If not, we can be squatters somewhere else. It's not like the building is buzzing on Fridays for the most part.
I will also post a few articles for the first meeting in the next day or so. I would like everyone to have a chance to discuss articles that they're interested in - so I thought maybe I would take the first meeting, and then hand off the baton to someone else for the next one.
